[gull-org] Programmeur anglophone pour la bug-squashing party

Hi,

I'm a programmer and Debian enthusiast working at the
WHO/OMS near Geneva.  I'd love to help out at the
bug-squashing party both as a coder and translator *to
English*.  I can translate to english quite well... the
other way around is a bit iffy.. :)
