Le panneau est la pour etre certain que les vendeurs n'en diront pas trop et que le client ne pourra pas se plaindre par la suite s'il n'arrive pas a se faire rembourser. Ca pue le "je m'en lave les mains". Cette "information" est volontairement vague afin de degager la responsabilite du vendeur. Tu peux essayer de telephoner au siege social de ce gros distributeur; pour voir... Au prealable, dis-leur que la conversation est enregistree... tu seras vite fixe.</p>

Il ne veut simplement plus qu'on l'importune avec des questions concernant le remboursement; en se decahrgeant de toute responsabilite en-dehors de celle de fournir des informations de contact. Il ne s'agit ni plus ni moins que d'une manoeuvre destinee a se mettre a l'abri de toute poursuite judiciaire !!! </p>
