Il faut d’abord s’assurer que toutes les données soit chiffrées de bout en bout en bout et que pas m’eme la NSA, le SRC et la police ou autre autorité ou logiciel espion tel que pegasus ne puisse casser le chiffrement de bout en bout. Il n’est pas question de savoir si les données vont faire l’ocre d’un piratage mais quand elles seront piratées. <p class="false" style="text-align: justify;">« Aujourd’hui, les patient-es repartent de zéro à chaque changement de médecin, les résultats d’examens se perdent ou sont inutilement refaits », explique la conseillère nationale socialiste Brigitte Crottaz. « Le dossier électronique de santé donne aux personnes la maîtrise de leurs données de santé et rend les traitements plus sûrs. Le Parlement doit désormais faire avancer cette réforme avec détermination. »</p>
<p class="false" style="text-align: justify;">Le projet du Conseil fédéral a tiré les leçons des erreurs commises dans le dossier électronique du patient. Il met notamment fin au caractère facultatif de l’infrastructure centrale gérée par la Confédération, qui doit instaurer la confiance, et qui sera obligatoire pour tous les prestataires. La population sera impliquée via un modèle d’opt-out et le financement sera réorganisé. « Ainsi, au lieu d’un simple archivage de documents, on crée un véritable outil de travail qui évite les doublons et rend les soins plus efficaces », explique Brigitte Crottaz.</p>
<p class="false" style="text-align: justify;">Au cours des prochaines délibérations, le PS s’engagera pour que la protection des données reste haute, que la souveraineté sur les données revienne clairement aux patient-es et que le dossier électronique de santé (DES) garantisse davantage de transparence et apporte un changement tangible dans la vie quotidienne de la population. Une chose est tout aussi claire : le programme de numérisation DigiSanté ne doit pas être sacrifié au nom des économies. Sinon, le DES restera lui aussi une promesse en l’air.</p>
