Hi Folks,

as I do the merchandise transport in Germany Office -> Bonn (FROSCON) ->
Office next weekend (23.-26.6.) this is an opportunity to travel back to
Switzerland with merchandise needed in Switzerland. So please coordinate your
needs on this list till Monday morning, 26.6. so Rainer, chief office and
merchandise manager, can provide me with all the necessary.

The list of available merchandise (AFAIK, please correct me Rainer if I'm
wrong):
- GNU-head pins,
- Fellowship (Plussy) pins,
- GPLv3 pins,
- "Fellowship" lanyards green,
- various stickers (Plussy, GPLv3, Dynamic Duo)
- "Free Software - Free Society" T-Shirt (GPLv2 preamble in the back) in
Grey/Black, Orange/Black, Yellow/Green male and female sizes,
- "Hacking for Freedom" (with green Plussy below ) black T-Shirt with white
collar and arm border, small "Fellowship of FSFE" in the back, all sizes
- "Got Freedom ?" (with green Plussy below) black T-Shirt,
small "www.fsfe.org" in the back, all sizes,
- Levitating GNU "Welcome to the GNU age" sand T-Shirt, large blue FSF Europe
logo in the back, only male sizes,
- various older T-Shirts (see http://www.fsfeurope.org/order/order.en.html for
pictures and details), not all sizes available

All actual shirts are sold sFr 28.- , older ones for sFr 25.-. pins usually go
for sFr. 5.- and lanyards for sFr. 6.-.

A4 leaflets for FSF Europe Fellowship (green on white in English and German)
and handy small Fellowship flyers (size and colour of a FSFE-smartcard).
@Rainer: do we already have printed leaflets in French and Italian ? I know
they have been translated, maybe Rainhard knows more.

There also is a large Fellowship flag (white plussy on green) to flag a booth,

We should keep all merchandise in the same place, actually Alex Antener hosts
them in his office in Zürich. A "suisse romande"-depot could be a nice idea,
maybe someone at GULL could host it.

I will send some more information about organising FSFE booth and merchandise
selling in general later. We definitely should coordinate merchandise selling
at events on booth at fsfeurope.org, even if it only happens at local events in
Switzerland. Volker Dormeyer is our booth professional and has the greatest
experience so if you have urgent questions ask him, else I try to coordinate
this for Switzerland.

@Volker: I still have your booth HOWTO somewhere on my laptop, I try to do an
update and send you the suggestions. Is this OK for you ?

Thanks to all for coordinating merchandise orders on this list and don't
forget the deadline:
Monday, 26.6.2006 in the morning, unless Rainer has shorter notice.

Kind regards

Myriam
