J'essaie desesperement de "downloader" ce fichier

sans succes, j'ai finalement teste de le faire a l'aide de wget. mais ca
ne passe toujours pas!

la question est:
-existe-t-il des programmes permettant d'avoir un compte rendu ou une
analyse sur la raison d'un echec de telechargement?
ou est:
-suis-je definitivement a cote de la plaque?
