Intéressante situation... Je pensais naïvement que la GPL V3 était
l'ultime rempart contre l'utilisation abusive du logiciel, mais il
semble que certains aient décider de naviguer aux franges de
l'interprétation de la GPL. L'utilisation de MongoDB à l'intérieur d'un
service qui est lui payant pose naturellement quelques questions. Et
comme dit dans le dernier paragraphe de l'article, ce n'est pas un
sujet facile avec des réponses toutes faites. Comme l'auteur le dit, on
va attendre de voir les réactions diverses sur certains forums :-)

software and manages outside contributions to the code, it does have a
stronger grip on the actual code than other projects that are managed by

though, this will kick off a discussion about how companies like MongoDB
manage their open-source projects and how much control they can exert
