J'ai installé Clam AntiVirus chez moi début octobre, et j'en suis
content. La raison était beaucoup trop de message genre "New Microsoft
Critical Update".

J'en suis assez content. Depuis début octobre, il a filtré près de 2000
messages avec virus (ce qui représente quand même 290MB !!!), dont voici
les stats:

     963 Exploit.IFrame.Gen
     923 Worm.Gibe.F
       5 UNKNOWN
       4 IFrame.Exploit.Gen

Je n'ai pas intégré ça au niveau exim (peut-être un jour...), mais dans
procmail avec TrashScan (http://trashware.mirrorz.com/, section
download). Il suffit d'adapter TrashScan à ta config.

Sinon, j'utilise aussi SpamAssassin pour les spams.
