[gull] Configuration XFree86

Bonjour a tous,

Je suis nouveau sur la mailing liste. J'utilise linux depuis quelques
mois seulement. Je suis venu a linux en étudiant (dans le cadre de mon
mémoire) l'économie et la sociologie du logiciel libre. Surtout en tant
que nouveau mode de production.

J'ai un probleme avec ma configuration XFree86 sur une distribution
mandrake 9.2. J'ai une carte graphique ateon 9200se et XFree ne la
reconnais pas. J'ai d'abord essayer d'installer le driver d'ati, en
suivant plusieurs How-to que j'ai trouver mais sans succès. Ensuite,
j'ai changer la configuration XFree (surtout le ChipId vers une que
XFree reconnais et qui est reconnu comme compatible). Le probleme est
que lorsque je lance glxgears ou tout autre programme utilisant openGL,
il y des a-coup, des petits blockages (qui rende toute utilisation
désagréable) même si les fps sont relativement élevé (~700 pour
glxgears).
