malheureusement, comme tu as pu le constater la reponse de dig est:
dig @10.194.66.155 -t PTR 10.194.66.155 +short
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

et ca ne change pas... comprends pas trop bien a vrai dire.
meme si j'ecris comme tu as indique:
dig @localhost -t PTR 10.194.66.155 +short
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
