[gull] Clef 3g ZTE MF 637 sur une Ubuntu 10.04

Bonjour à tous,

J'essaie depuis quelques jours de faire fonctionner une clef 3g Orange France 
(modèle: ZTE MF 637) sur un Packard Bell Easy Note BG45-U-001 sur lequel tourne 
une Ubuntu 10.04 (aucun soucis constaté).

Note 1: la clef a été achetée à Paris par ma copine qui y travaille de temps en 
temps, ce qui n'est pas mon cas et du coup c'est plus difficile pour tester et 
trouver des solutions...

Note 2: petite particularité de cette clef, elle comporte en plus du modem, un 
carte de stockage (comme une clef USB standard).

Note 3: c'est une solution à pré-payement sans abonnement (Orange Mobicarte).

Je n'arrive donc pas à obtenir une connexion (même si je suis dans une zone 
Orange FR, comme à la gare de Genève par exemple).

Après plusieurs recherches et tâtonnements, j'ai suivi la piste du puissant 
script sakis3g:

Le site est extrêmement bien fait (il y a même une vidéo) et le script 
s'installe facilement. Reste que lui aussi ne parvient pas à me donner une 
connexion réseau. Je dois être très proche de la solution, mais là je sèche.

1) Après avoir inséré la clef, j'éjecte (logiciellement) la partie "stockage" 
(conseils lus sur des forums).
2) Je lance le script. Le modem est détecté (sur /dev/ttyUSB4). Le réseau Orange 
FR est détecté. Le système parvient sauf erreur à s'enregistrer sur le réseau 
Orange FR. Mais la connexion dans le NetworkManager ne parvient pas à 
s'établir... (ou monte pendant 1/2 seconde et tombe).

Je ne suis hélas pas un spécialiste réseau mais j'ai l'impression que toutes les 
couches montent correctement et dès que le système est prêt, badaboum, le modem 
raccroche...

Il s'agit bien de l'authentification au réseau Orange (en l'occurrence) ? 

Paramètres définis dans le NetworkManager:

Nombre : *99#
Nom d'utilisateur : orange
Mot de passe : orange
APN : orange.fr
Réseau : [vide]
Pin : 0000

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée ? Des expériences dans les clefs 3g réticentes ?

P.S. Oui, j'aurais dû vérifier que la clef 3g était compatible avec linux, AVANT 
l'achat, mais voilà. Ce n'est pas moi qui l'ai achetée...  ;-)
