J'ai une petite question basique en Perl. Dans

il est écrit :

The following global variables may be changed to control certain
behavior of the library. All variables listed below may be imported
into the application namespace when you use RPC::XML:

$ENCODING

    This variable controls the character-set encoding...


Comment est-ce qu'on importe (et utilise) une variable ($ENCODING en
l'occurrence) ?
