Profile
. Bachelor or Master in computer science, communication systems or a
similar area
. Energetic, innovative, curious and self-motivated team player with a
Can-Do attitude
. Broad technical knowledge (spanning OSI layers 1-7)
. Deep understanding of Linux (especially Ubuntu), the common open source
stack
(MySQL, Apache, Tomcat, PHP/Perl/Java/Ruby) and associated tools (Puppet,
Git)
. Deep understanding of Windows system administration (Windows 8 and Windows
Server 2012), server virtualization (VMware vSphere 5.5), Windows backup
solutions
(Symantec BackupExec) and security (McAfee Antivirus and WSUS)
. Knowledge of Cisco (IOS & NX-OS), Atlassian Confluence, Mac OSX, system
monitoring
tools (Zabbix & Cacti) as well as HP SAN infrastructures is a plus
. Able to operate, monitor and maintain high available infrastructures
