La video se trouve sur:
  https://youtu.be/n2jW66NFxPQ

Le paramêtre ``is=...'' ne sert à priori qu'à identifier l'origine du lien.

Si quelqu'un connait la signification des arguments... J'ai posé la question
à duckduckgo->ia:
   Short youtube url look like:
    https://youtu.be/XXXXXXXXXXXX?is=YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
   If the video could be identified by XXXXXXXXXXXX, what's purpose
   of YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?
---
   Example Breakdown

    XXXXXXXXXXXX: This is the unique identifier for the video.
    YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY: This could be any one of the parameters (like is,
        v, etc.) that YouTube uses for tracking and analytics.

    Not all videos will have these parameters, and their specifics can
    change depending on updates to YouTube's system. The presence of
    this data is more relevant inside internal analytics rather than
    affecting how the video is viewed in general.
